Introduction: Each session is tailored to meet the needs of the person I am working with. I have 8+ years of massage experience, have worked on thousands of individuals and have taken a variety of continuing education classes. In addition I have been practicing Reiki for 15+ years; I am attuned to the Master Level. As of April 2018, I am working my way through a 6 part educational series on Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. Something else you should know: I only use natural oils and wouldn't put anything on your skin that I wouldn't put on my own skin. My bio: I graduated from massage school in Spring of 2010 and have worked in a variety of settings, from a small office that specialized in deep tissue therapy, to a local hot tub & spa facility, to Kripalu's Center for Yoga and Health (where I was able to work on thousands of guests) and now my own private practice. I have taken a variety of continuing education classes in order to be able to offer top notch bodywork services. I am interested in helping each client improve their own sense of wellness through therapeutic massage, ayurvedic bodywork and energy work. I believe that by receiving regular bodywork, an individual can find physical, emotional, and spiritual balance, helping the body achieve a greater sense of well-being, a reduction in pain, stress, and peace of mind.
