- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?PhotoBomb413 has different styles of booths and different options. Venues, dates, type of events can change the price greatly. We are very reasonable with our rates and we have only high end equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I love meeting for a consult. Then you can see the photo booth and all the options that come with it. A 30 minute consult can take care of the contract, deposit, photo strip template. You can view the scrapbooks and other options as well. Afterwards we are all set for your event. I try to make everything as painless as possible. We know most events have many vendors so we understand your time is valuable.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?I would ask to view the equipment upfront before leaving a deposit. I love to invite my customers over to view the photo booth. That way you can see the speed and the option's available.
