I had a very large master bathroom / laundry room combo that was a poorly mess and in desperate need of renovation. Signature renovations came in and was able to give me a gorgeous master bath with a separate laundry room and powder room. Terrence complete reworked the layout and made beautiful and highly functional spaces. Definitely will be having him do more work in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I quote labor only pricing. In doing this, I do not charge customers the extra cost for materials, creating more savings. I work with my clients in choosing the right materials and products to complete their project within their budget. I offer a discount to military veterans and first responders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I build effective working relationships with my customers by listening to understand their problems, and then finding a solution that meets their budget. Customers can communicate with me through email, text and phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed specialty contractor through the State of South Carolina.
