Pat is, simply put, a terrific professional. I had quickly realized that installing dual-line phone systems for our small nonprofit was beyond my skill set. Pat responded promptly to my request for service with a very reasonable quote per hour and was able to schedule me within my desired time frame. He came prepared and with a wonderful, friendly attitude and an abundance of patience as he had to figure out from scratch how our systems worked because I know nothing! He installed three dual-line phones in about four hours and not only double-checked his work multiple times and explained the process as he went along, but made sure that cords were placed properly and secured and cleaned up every speck of dust created by the project. I would hire Pat again in an instant, and in fact asked him for a stack of business cards to keep at our front desk so we can refer him to all our clients. Thank you, Pat, for making what seemed like such a daunting task easy! We owe you one!
