This will be a negative review of this company. The main issues that I've had is lack of responsiveness and ultimately failure to show up on a scheduled appointment. After initially setting an appointment on Monday, 5/7/18, Najee requested to reschedule though this was not convenient for me and my husband, I made the necessary adjustments including cancelling a prior scheduled appointment to be there. The night before I contacted Naji requesting to touch base to clarify what I wanted, he said he will call me later that night to make sure we were both on the same page. I never received the call that night. The following day I expected we would touch base when he arrived. He never showed up. At 9:15 I contacted him to find out where he was and if he was still planning to come. No answer and the phone went directly to voicemail. I never received a call or a text explaining why he's not coming to an appointment that he set up. I feel that these action show poor professionalism, poor communication, and ultimately bad business.May 9, 2018VerifiedGean G.'s reply
Hey Nakia my apologies I’ve been looking for your information as my phone has been replaced due to water damage on the job. I’m sorry for the inconvenience but I would love to make good on our agreement if you would be willing to still allow us to serve you, I do understand your frustration.
