- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am affordable. However, I work hard on every order so I price accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask questions through email to get clarity on order: date, time, theme, etc. Once that's solidified, get deposit to start order. And stay in communication with closing up to time of the event.

Certified in Professional Baking & Pastry from CALI/Star Career Academy.
