- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are located on our website under packages. We can certainly give a discount if you are doing multiple rooms and we can alter the package quote to your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the client to take pictures and measurements of their house. I ask questions such as budget, style and what needs to be done/what their looking for. Then I go home and make a space plan on autocad and pick out furniture and put it in a concept board. After the client approves the selections (sometimes we tweak them if the client isn't fond over an item) then I make a mood board so the client can see the items selected in their room virtually.
