- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company runs lean which allows us to have considerably lower prices than our competitors. Prices vary from job to job and any additional fees will be fully disclosed and discussed with the customer prior to work beginning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer reaches out, we do our best to exchange contact information as soon as possible in order build a relationship with customer via phone call/text. Once we've been in contact we try to get as much information as possible regarding the job (address, grass height, frequency, etc.). From there we will schedule a time to meet for an estimate or provide an estimate over the phone. Once a price and start date are agreed upon, we schedule it and take care of the rest.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30+ years of combined lawn/turf maintenance experience. Thousands of hours of seat time and a wide range of customers from residential and commercial properties, to pastureland and athletic fields - together our team has a well-rounded and diverse background in lawn care.
