Adrien is amazing to work with!! It blows me away how excited she is to help me, and also how much work she puts into making a plan for ME and my lifestyle and unique preferences. She makes me believe that change is very attainable and then gives me tangible, effective, and enjoyable steps to get there. She is so supportive, and I always find myself excited and ready to tackle my next goal after talking with her. After only 2 weeks of following a plan she made for me specifically (perfect for my schedule, diet, and personality) I already feel stronger, more trim, and just more motivated and passionate about me and health in general. People are already commenting on my improvement and how i’m becoming more toned and strong. I recommend this coach to anyone who is looking to improve their health and physic. She is a one in a million find for sure. :) I can’t wait to post before and after pictures soon!!!

Adrien is extremely personable and easy to get along with! I feel comfortable talking with her about my goals and the journey to achieve them. She is very professional during training sessions -- she watches my form, gives constructive criticism where necessary, and adjusts my posture, stance, weight, etc. to help me maximize use of the muscle I'm working. As Adrien learns more about what I'm physically capable of, the more she encourages me to push my limits -- but in ways that I still feel secure. I'm seeing and experiencing growth, not only in the changes of my body, but mentally through self discipline, confidence, and an added hunger towards learning and working towards my goals. Outside of the gym, Adrien has recommended that I track my macros to achieve best results. To hold me accountable, she's set me up through a program on my phone and has shown me how easy it is to document my caloric intake. She's made the process of finding foods that will benefit my goals challenging and actually pretty fun. You can truly tell that Adrien is passionate about fitness as a lifestyle and takes pride in her work. Her dedication and energy truly is reflected back into her clientele. I fully recommend her training sessions and am looking forward to my next lift!! :)

Just started with workhorse fitness, and am loving my workouts! Adrien has a lot of passion for her field and has obviously put in the hard work herself. She was very accommodating of my goals and I'm starting to see results already. If you put in the work with her, you will get results. She actually cares about getting me where I want to be, unlike some trainers it seems. Give workhorse a shot, you won't be disappointed.
