FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job and customer is different. My prices are designed not to compete but to beat my competitors. However, I'll never compromise quality of material or quality of work to beat the price of a competitor who is so low that they are clearly more concerned with making a few dollars then the quality of work, customer service and potentially don't know what they're doing. I also offer discounts for seniors and our U.S Military members/veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I never start a job until the problem is thoroughly diagnosed and communicated with the customer. I do what I can to make sure the customer understands what the issue is and my recomendation so they know they're not being taken advantage of. And in the absolute RARE occasion that your project maybe something out of my field of expertise I can almost always recommend someone I trust that can take on the project. Whether its a new customer or one of my oldest customers, I give each of you the best customer service I can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started plumbing almost 7 years ago under the teachings of my brother a plumber of 20 years and a Master plumber for 15 years. I completed a 2 year apprenticeship and am currently pursuing a Master certification which is going to take me sometime in order to keep giving my business, family and customers the service that I would expect from a contractor that I would hire. Prior to plumbing I worked for the Michigan Department of Transportation and towed for 5 years to put myself through school before i decided to pursue a career in plumbing which I'm happy I did.
