- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is very competitive, only applicable fee is on credit card charges which can be roughly 3%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to come out and talk with the customer to see what their expectations are, then we provide an accurate estimate as soon as next day, we also supply plan drawings if needed. If the customer approves the start, we give them a start date which can be as quick as the next week as well as providing a completion date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a small family business that started doing this type of work in New York City working with high profile designers and architects doing all interior and exterior renovations. After moving to Michigan, we brought over some of those design skills and always enjoy assisting customers with design decisions.
