- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple, I charge for parts I have to produce unless provided. Then my labor fee is added. NOTE: If any drastic changes are added there will be a small convenience fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try to grasp the vision of the customer, lay out a few options and try to give the best deal possible. No cuts to the quality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified home theater, home security technician. I can make custom cables to fit your needs as well as give you a custom install based off of your needs.
