FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard rates for filming and editing that help us give accurate estimates, however, we may dip below our standard rates from time to time to make sure we can give competitive pricing to all of our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new clients, we like to take the time to communicate with you to gain an understanding of the what you're looking for in your video, and the steps from that point vary from project to project. Dependent on the nature of the project, this communication may be via email, phone, or in a face-to-face meeting. Communication for wedding videos can usually be adequately accomplished via phone or email, but most commercial shoots will require meeting in person to iron out all of the details.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Video production began as a hobby for us about 12 years ago, overtime this hobby transitioned hobby to a side business, and then from a side business into a full time job for most of our employees.
