I hired Cream Residential Maintenance & Repair to convert my wet bar into a pantry. Mr. Colton found a leak behind the wall that I was not aware and repaired it in a timely fashion. He not only saved me money by repairing the leak, he converted the bar into pantry that my wife and I are very happy with. I would hire his company again and highly recommend him to others.

I moved into an old house that could not support the new appliances on the electrical side. CREAM was able to give me a cost estimate that was a fair deal and come out and explain as well and work at the time on the jobs. We were without a washer and drier for about a month before I contacted CREAM Residential. They were very professional, on time and prepared with the right equipment. The job was completed in about and hour or so, but was courteous to answer a few vital question before they left. My wife and I would recommend the business for your home needs. I had several jobs done: Fixing faucet leak, hanging blinds, installing an IT switch, and fixing toliet. All of these jobs were done well starting with showing up on time which is rare with contractors! Mr. Colton, the owner did my repairs and did them as if they were his own house explaining everything to me. One job he did I was satisfied but he wasn't so he came back with new parts and redid the job! Now, that said it all to me and I've never used anyone else since. It is hard to find good dependable and honest help. This company is it!

Yes, we have standard pricing, but since we have to make a lot if assumptions during the quoting process. The price may change once we are on the job site. Before any work is completed we will confirm the final price.
