- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We conduct a complimentary initial consultation to assess fees and timing of each project. As a customer you have the option of paying for services hourly or negotiating a package price. We also, collaborate to create a MOVE Plan which we use to develop milestones as you MOVE towards your clutter-free future.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an hour consultation where we walk through your home to get the answer to the question, "what can we do for you?" This question gives us insight on your organizational challenges and builds trust that we can solve your particular challenges. Once we collect project background we outline each room for required decluttering and organizational activities.

I am a corporate trained Continuous Improvement Project Manager.
