Marilyn has many talents to draw from and it seems that her "medicine bag" is full of magical solutions to support YOUR life spiritually, mentally, physically (did you know she does private, virtual belly dancing lessons?) and business-wise, too. I've experienced deep transformations from her healing modalities, solid life coaching tips to take better care of me (including ways to drop back into my body and be more connected to my soul), and business building coaching when I couldn't see my own blind spots and needed outside perspective. What I love most is, that like how I conduct business, there are no cookie cutter solutions. Marilyn listens and offers the best path for you. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a flat rate for each makeover I do with the option to purchase the makeup that is used for each makeover. I have a menu of coaching services that I offer and always do my best to customize each program to fit the needs and dreams of each client. Anyone who hires me through Thumbtack, automatically gets a 30% discount for my coaching services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask what the vision is for the client. What would you love? And we build on that. My work is collaborative with my clients and I also need my clients to trust me in the work I do with them. Once we decide what their vision is we get to work to co-create it. With my makeovers, I love to ask my clients what look they are wanting and I advise them on what look will truly make them shine and give them the effect they are going for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in the beauty industry for several years and trained with top makeup, skin care and hair companies. I truly believe I received some of the best training anyone can get. In my coaching business, I am a true entrepreneur, transformational expert, inspirational speaker, master healing technician (including Reiki and RET) and mother, I live my truth in full openness and vulnerability which allows me to connect with you heart to heart and soul-to-soul. I am a certified life skills coach, master energy therapist, spiritual counselor, and ordained minister. I maintain professional membership to the Alliance of Divine Love and the Rapid Eye Institute.
