Saray took pictures for my daughter for her upcoming birthday party. She was very easy going which made my daughter feel very comfortable. It was a very enjoyable experience for all of us. I plan to hire Saray again for my future family portraits.

Saray De La Vega did a wonderful job taking my pictures. She was a lot of fun to work with and the pictures turned out amazing. I will definatly be having her take more of me.

Saray took our Fall family pictures. She arrived at the location ahead of time and had already picked out spots with the best lighting before we even got there. Things got a little crazed for a bit, as they often do when a toddler is involved, but Saray quickly adjusted to the situation and didn't miss a beat! She was incredibly sweet, patient, and professional. The turnaround time for getting the pictures was surprisingly fast, and we loved them! I'd highly recommend her!

Despite the multiple conversations, time frame confirmations, AND the fact that she desposited our down payment, Saray did not show up for our wedding. I didn't find out until after the ceremony that she wasn't there so I called two times in a row from my cell phone (the phone number I used to communicate with her prior) and she did not pick up. My brother in law immediately called her after my attempts and she answered. After being asked why she wasn't there, she claimed that she didn't think she had a confirmation. A) Our money was desposited so no further points are needed - that is a confirmation if you ask me. B) Knowing she had our money but wasn't "quite sure" she should have picked up the phone and called me. I asked if she could still make it and her response was "where is it again?" Because of that I told her we would just take care of the pictures ourselves and not to bother but that I wanted the refund immediately. She became short and said she would get to the refurd that day or the next. This was a Friday, come Wednesday I still did not have a refund to which she replied "I'm sorry, I've been so busy but I'll get a check in the mail by today." By Friday she text me to let me know the check was mailed the day before so when I still didn't have it a week later I followed up and she said she did send it but will cancel the check and hand deliver the refund. The confirmed plan was for her to drop it off Suday at 11am, by 1pm I had not heard and after multiple attempts of reaching out she got back to the FB message I sent saying her phone was broken. One excuse after another!! The wedding was Sept 9th, it is now Sept 26th and I still do not have my refund. As of yesterday she said she would drop off my money today. I see plenty of positive reviews from her other clients so I'm not sure how I ended up with the short end of the stick but Saray will never be recommended by me.

    When I meet with a new client I first want to know a little about them, and what they envision for their session. I want to meet their goals and expectations and most importantly make sure they are happy with the results.
