John Ripp from Ridge Top was consistent, persistent, but not too aggressive. He was the hardest-working one of all our estimates. He offered suggestions and had great color ideas. He went beyond the expectation when he went to a local big box store to find some windows we needed for an unheated, storage only part of our home. Not only saved us a few bucks but we didn't even have to go to that extra effort.
