- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for Commercial Cleaning Services is straight-forward, when calculated by an experienced, knowledgeable consultant. Our pricing model is based on industry standards provided by ISSA, the Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association. When you call or request an online quote, we will schedule a visit to your property, not only to assess your cleaning needs, but also to establish the face to face relationship we admire with our clients. We like to inform our clients of all the extra services we provide to make sure all their cleaning needs are met.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer requests a Free no obligation Quote, we then send our cleaning sales professionals to inspect the property and have a face to face interaction. Cleaning SWAT then provides an estimate based on the property size, frequency of service, and services required. Once our competitive price quote is approved by a client, we then setup a professional contract signing appointment, which during, we educate clients on the services we are providing, insurance, and the logistics of the cleaning operation. After that, our clients never have to worry about cleaning anymore, we handle it from there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees are highly trained on the use of industrial cleaning equipments, HIPAA compliance, and the use of environment friendly non toxic products.
