Introduction: As a current pre-med undergraduate student studying athletic training at the University of Wisconsin, I have a passion for the human body, how to improve it, and how to prevent injuries and other adverse outcomes.
I am ACE certified and have been personal training for 3 years with a variety of clients, including two years of working with Division 1 athletes at UW. I specialize in reducing pain, a variety of strength/resistance training for all levels, and preventative exercises to improve physical ability and reduce the risks of injury.
That being said, my background with athletics makes high intensity/strength training, and metabolic conditioning for weight loss, firming, toning, and getting stronger and leaner my biggest strength. Whether with traditional or specialty equipment or body weight exercises, I can help you to achieve the body and ability you want with the motivation to live a fitter, happier lifestyle.
It is my goal with any client to give him or her the tools to incorporate physical activity of all sorts into his or her life without the assistance of anyone else.
Nothing feels better than to see one of my clients reach their goals and create the bod they want with the confidence to go with it. I love working with others to push themselves further than they think they are able to go and to educate them about living a healthy life.
