Juanita was very kind, so I'm sorry to have to leave such a poor review. I've never had such a poor cleaning. The crew didn't use any cleaning products, green or otherwise, so most of the condo now smells like dirty water. I understand being wary of damaging things, but without even a little Murphy's Oil Soap the recently mopped floor is now covered in footprints and will have to be mopped again today or tomorrow. The crew was not very careful. I was in attendance during the cleaning, and I saw them drop a few things (a picture frame, a shattered essential oil bottle, etc). They also charged me 20% more than their quote for a unit that was fairly clean to being with. At that price, I'll hire professionals going forward.
