Vlad came in and painted my entire place as well as some finishing work on the trim and new doors that I had purchased. The quality of work, execution/timeliness, and professionalism is like no other. I would highly recommend Vlad - his number is on speed dial for my next project!

K+K Construction Inc. has completed several projects around our home at reasonable prices. They have always finished the job on time an to our satisfaction. We must commend them for always leaving a clean job site, even if they are coming back the next day.

I witnessed the work K & K Construction did on a total gut job of a neighbor's condo and was amazed with the quality of the work. I hired K & K Construction for a guest bathroom renovation. The dedication to detail was amazing, better than I expected, and all done at a reasonable cost. What more could I ask for. I've recommended him to several friends and also hired him to change out all the closet doors (at least 6) and paint trim to match current decor. In the interim I've seen another total gut job he did within my condo complex and was in awe of his work.

After meeting with at least 5 different contractors we decided to hire K+K to renovate our condo (a complete gut out - relocating the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all other rooms) . I couldn't be happier with Vlad's work. He has wonderful ideas and is a complete perfectionist. Everyone who comes to my new home cannot believe what they see, it looks like an HGTV show. I would definitely call Vlad for an estimate, I/m sure you won't be disappointed.
