- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately no. There are too many variables for a standard price and it is bad for business to charge the same across the board. This is so because if you found out we were charging someone the same price and giving you less you would lose our trust. Our motto is "we HONOR our commitments with INTEGRITY".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An estimate will be sent on the basis on provided information, along with variables that may affect the pricing. Our estimate will get close but will be honed in once our employee does a final inspection of the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees are trained in the use of Eco-friendly cleaners as well as steam and various other cleaning activities. We are trained by the manufacturers of the products that we use.
