Linda has been my trainer and nutrition coach for at least 10 years. She is the best in the business. Linda plans a varied workout based on physical/medical needs, so one is never injured. She challenges and holds clients responsible, which is what a trainer and coach should do. Linda has an extensive and impressive background in both personal training and nutrition, so sessions are very effective. Linda was instrumental in planning pre-op, recovery and post-op rehab when I had back surgery, which contributed to a successful surgical outcome. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our prices are very competitive with other private personal trainers and nutritionists. We offer several packages centered around each individual's needs. Our first session whether it be about nutrition or exercise, is free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our first consultation is free. It consists of a complete assessment, setting up short and long term goals, and a sample personal training session. Our first nutrition appointment is free. It consists of a complete assessment, goal setting, and consultation about what nutrition plan is best for you. We offer nutrition plans for vegans, vegetarians and for omnivores. Note: Please check with your doctor before starting any nutrition or exercise program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My personal training certificate is through NASM, National Academy. My nutrition certification is through Cornell University. Other certifications and licenses include massage and Myofascial Release Bodywork. In addition I am certified in Kinesio Taping Techniques. I have over 17 years in the wellness industry, as a personal trainer, fitness manager, nutritionist and licensed massage therapist.
