SAV replaced two flat roofs. They are very professional and kept me in the loop with scheduling in-between rainy days. Ruth is on top of communications and explained the scope of the project to me. The finished roof is top quality. Neighbors noticed and they were recruited for other work. Highly recommend this company.

Ruth was great to work with. Her and her team at SAV came out to assess the damage to my apartment building’s roof (and they showed up on time!) and gave a reasonably-priced estimate with Scope of Work. She communicated very well during the entire process and delivered, as promised, no matter how late in the day/night. Me and the rest of the Condo Board were very satisfied with their work and look forward to using them for future projects!

We were extremely impressed with Ruth and Saul and their crew as they performed work at our home. We decided to remove a non load bearing wall and they went the extra mile to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted. They were very easy to work with and very responsive to our requests. We had an issue with electrical late one night during renovation and they actually returned to our home to resolve the issue. This type of customer service is top notch, and not found with many other companies. We will definitely be a return customer and go with SAV Construction Services when we need work done!

We had an issue with a skylight, and they came out quickly to give me a quote. I was slow to get back to them, but they made time for the work and were able to fix the skylight, along with some other roofing repairs.
