Alejandro was incredibly patient and answered every question. While earlier, another company quoted “need to replace the window” without even coming out, SASA arrived in person to inspect the issue and provided an informed estimate and plan of repair (that did not involve replacing the whole window). The repairs were quick and effective.

Great service and value regarding my window repairs and needed maintenance. SASA performed all work in a professional manner. He even saved me the cost of replacement of a new window by adjusting and lubricating my windows so they are much easier to open and lock. He eben showed me how to maimtain the windows locks and parts so I don't have future window problems. I would recommend them again and again.
