I’ve been working with Maddie and Solid Personal Training for a few months on nutrition, fitness and mobility and am extremely happy with the results. I’ve lost over 20 lbs, but more importantly created sustainable lifestyle changes. Maddie is a kind, patient and motivating trainer with a wealth of knowledge and ability to communicate the purpose and benefit of each movement during a training/mobility session. My experience working with SPT trainers is that they offer more than their expertise and dedication as great fitness instructors. They are also great teachers as they guide and coach me in the areas of nutrition and total body care. SPT trainers educate me regarding additional ways to achieve the shape I want and increase endurance which was my goal in finding a trainer! Additionally they make it fun!Apr 24, 2017

Brandon's wealth of knowledge, patience and compassion were exactly what I needed to jump start my new life. I had been having such a rough time getting started, but his passion inspired me to get going and feel great. He created personal routines and even took the time to send me some information to help me understand the "why" to what we were working on. I have been able to stick to the meals plans we created together and am feeling good about myself for the first time in a long time. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our base level sessions are $85 or $80 when you purchase a package of sessions. We also offer more advanced sessions for $15 more which include all of the aspects of our work mentioned in the, "Types of Customers," section below.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Your body deserves Solid treatment. Becoming the best version of yourself starts with crafting a training plan that is truly personalized. We’ll help you to determine your fitness goals, and help you crush them through a combination of resistance training, metabolic training, cardio, and proper nutrition.
