talked to sean over the phone from another state. told him i needed someone to mow my yard. he looked at it shot me a good price. he mowed it and told me i can pay him a i want. weekly, one a month,very good to work with.

He was very prompt with his responses. And showed up when he said he would. Job well done. Took longer than he thought but was only going to charge the stated amount. The customer did give him some extra. Will have to renegotiate the price.
