My family and I have a beautiful new long term rental 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in Rochester, MN. We live in Hawaii. My regular housekeeper was out of town for the week. So I did some research on Google and found an Internet Service called Thumbtack, Inc. It is an online service that matches customers with local professionals. I sent my inquiry to two service vendors and the first to respond was Sherlyn Mendenhall's cleaning business called Save Your Aching Bones Cleaning Services. The name of her company is brilliant! That is what caught my attention. My bones ache after cleaning my own house all day!
Sherlyn was easy to communicate with and quick with her response time. She lives in Mantako, MN about an hour and 20 minute drive to my home and she showed up at 7:00 AM to begin work! She face-timed me to show the condition of the home before cleaning. I was able to discuss and walk through the home with her in real time via video from Hawaii! Now how is that for top notch service?
She did an incredible detailed cleaning throughout the bedrooms and bathrooms, including all the laundry and making the beds, to cleaning the dust in every nook and cranny. The home was cleaned, sanitized and ready for the next tenant that same day!
I would definitely call upon Save Your Aching Bones Cleaning Services again for my house cleaning needs! A satisfied customer from over 4,000 miles away!
