- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In the best interest of the client, if for any reason the project requires additional costs, I will address it with the customer before moving further. In the event that a job requires that I return, I will do so at no additional cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask for a description of the service needed, review it with the customer and send an estimate. If accepted, I will promptly travel and do whatever is necessary to complete the project/repair, as per the customer's request and availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Technician, graduated from Automotive Technology School in NYC, with an additional 25 years of experience in the field of service and technology for both residential and commercial.
