- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is an honest cost evaluation to give them best price and if the customer can fit into a tight schedule so I can get their services done I don't mind to give them a discount to fit my schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with and talk with them on a personal level to find out their needs this way everything can be discussed and go over possible issues an solve them working with the customer so they understand and know that I understand what their service needs are and can be met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
early in my career choice I took a route to get training in the industry and aquired certifications in my field
