FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing for lessons. It is $55 for a lesson with one of my instructors and $65 with me. Lessons usually are about an hour long.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know them and what if any experience they've had with riding. Finding out what their goals are so that we can know what path to take them on. Some people are merely interested in riding for pleasure while others are actually interested in eventually competing at horse shows.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I rode with an incredible horse trainer when I was a kid, Roy Traylor. He was known for training problem horses and taught me to get inside a horses head, and ultimately think like a horse. In order to ride well, you have to understand that horses do not think like people. I also got a degree in Business from USC. That definitely helps me on the business end of things.
