FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can only manage about three to five hours of real work a day. We only leave the house for a job that is at 250-350, so small jobs can be combined into multiple things for one visit, to make our gas and travel time figure into the cost, and that works out best for all of us. Reserve your time now, as we fill up our week fast!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are so busy with repeat business that we take on new customers only rarely. If you are new to us, and we agree to help you, feel special! New clients are usually on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, as we have the other days booked solid until 2025 or 2026.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Philip has a BFA degree in Fine Art and Sculpture. He works well with his hands and he can solve problems and see things differently than a lot of people because he is an artist. Lori was raise by her Handyman father, so she has been turning wrenches and building things since she was small. Her Business Degree helps keep this company flying high above the rest.
