Introduction: Engaging a coach is like hiring a personal trainer for your conscience, and is built upon the premise of accountability, making choices or commitments, and putting them into action. People usually contact me for one specific need or goal, like changing jobs or working on becoming a better leader, or better parent to name a few examples... but the end result is truly a transformation. Articulate and honor your values, lead a resonant life, become unstuck, be at choice, ask for what you want, enlist your advocates (you're not in this alone!). Together we can achieve more than you know! I connect quickly and deeply with clients, knowing they're resourceful and have the answers...I am with them in articulating their current reality and making decisions that will create the change they've been putting off in their lives. Coaching is the most fulfilling activity I have had the honor to engage in in my professional life, and it is literally the juice that keeps me happy! Enabling and witnessing transformative change in others is insanely rewarding for me.

Sarah has done a fantastic job coaching me through transitions in both my professional and personal life. Her use of powerful questions helped me to navigate my way in my new (and somewhat ambiguous) role at work, as well as manage my challenges in being "super mom". She has been able to make me look at things through a different lens, become more aware of my actions and those of others, and to remove barriers to any obstacles I encounter along the way. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100/hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a 10-20 minute call to tell me more about what you seek to achieve through engaging a coach. If you choose to engage me and agree to pay for 6 sessions over the course 2-6 months, I provide a no-charge 60-90 minute 'discovery session' which is a deep dive into what achieving your goal would look like, work through articulating your values and motivations in life, and basically design our alliance :) Sessions can be weekly, b-weekly, or monthly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), which is recognized by the ICF (International Coaching Federation). I also have 5 years of experience in corporate talent development for a global company, and approximately 15 years of corporate recruiting experience. Bachelors degree in Psychology, minor in Sociology.
