- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are so many variables that play a role in determining price it's best to discuss your project with us so we can provide you correct information up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather as much information as we can during our initial conversation. We then can help guid you to the next step which may be viewing material, sending us drawings or us coming to your home. Once we have all the information we can provide a precise cost. The next step will be to template your project and complete the paperwork. At that time we require a 50% deposit. We then order the material you selected and put you on our fabrication schedule. Our team is then in contact with you to coordinate and schedule the installation. Once installation is complete the final balance is due.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our team members have extensive experience with construction. We have completed projects ranging from a $300 vanity top to countertops for an entire $10,000,000 home. Each project is unique in its own way.
