Owl's Nest Farms

Introduction: We offer horse boarding, training, lessons, leasing, coaching at shows, trailering and horseback riding lessons on lesson horses and pony to kids and adults.  We do not have a minimum age for horseback riding lessons.  We are located in Independence, MN (30 minutes west of Minneapolis). We have a great pony and horses available for lessons and leasing that are wonderful with adults and kids.  If you are taking a lesson on a lesson horse, a private lesson lasts 45 minutes and costs $105 which can be paid by cash or check at the time of the lesson.  I teach lessons about 5-8pm on the weekdays and about 8:30am-2:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays.  We have an indoor arena, outdoor arena, observation decks in both arenas, cross country field and a nice 1.5 mile sand trail on our property.  Spectators can be warm in the winter and cool in the winter with WIFI access while the rider is taking his or her lesson.
