- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My portrait service is charged by the hour with studio time included in quotes. For weddings there are 3 packages with details on what each offers. For events clients are charged for every hour I am at the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the clients needs and give whatever advice I can since most clients have a bit of an idea of what they want but don't always understand what may be needed. I explain my shooting process and how images would be delivered and approximation of when.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught via online mediums.
