- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we charge per hour only for shopping, travel, and decorating time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process would include meeting at the clients home for a free consultation, receiving a full or partial deposit, and then shopping for the client. Once all items are purchased we would set up a time and date to put it all together! We also work with clients who don't want to purchase new items, but instead would like to work with the items they have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified interior decorator. I also have 5 years in the furniture business, where I became knowledgeable on different types of fabrics and furniture pieces. While working there I served as a decorator for the store.
