Thomas was exceedingly professional and caring. My wife and I were new to security and didn't even know enough to know what questions to ask and Thomas took the time to explaine everything to us both and make sure we understood what we were getting. After some time we realized that what we thought we wanted to start with really wasn't the level of protection I wanted for my wife and thanks to Thomas we now have a system that truly is protecting my wife and soon to be here baby.
