FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends upon the distance to the client location and the number of pets to be taken care of and the type of care needed. Some clients prefer short walks. Some clients have fenced in areas and walks are not needed or necessary. Many of my clients provide 40 minute to one hour walks for their pet(s). I always like to do a meet and greet prior to taking care of your fur babies. At that time, I arrive to your home in a car marked with my business name, All Paws Home Safe. My service includes a lock box for the safety of the key to your home. If you have a garage code you'd rather utilize, that works as well. I liked for everyone to feel their home is secure and the key to their home will not be misplaced. My vacation and multi visit per day clients receive added services complimentary. I will check mail, turn blinds, bring garbage cans to the street or return to the house. Most likely I can help, just ask!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a complimentary meet and greet so that I can meet the customer and their fur babies. This is a great opportunity for my clients to show me a routine to follow with their pets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience taking care of animals. I am trained to give subcutaneous fluids, insulin injections and have recently earned Continuing Medical Education (CME) in Canine Influenza.
