Flat rate pricing which includes labor and parts cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The technician comes to the customer home, performs appliance diagnostic and provide the estimate for the repair (parts & labor). If customer agrees to the estimate, the technician proceeds with the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have on average 10+ years of experience.
