Introduction: We offer Full Buffet Service as well as Delivery & Set Out. We've been in business for over 30 years. Awarding winning BBQ and sides and vegetarian options too. We also offer an All American Breakfast with scrambled eggs, thick cut bacon, link sausage, creamy cheese grits, biscuits, fruit and beverages. During the holidays we offer a traditional turkey and spiral cut honey ham menu. We are different from our competition in that your turkey can be smoked, roasted or fried. Alongside traditional favorites such as southern cornbread stuffing and yukon gold mashed potatoes or sweet potato souffle, we offer a kale salad and a quinoa pilaf. Perfect for any occasion: office party, employee appreciation, school functions, wedding related, topping out parties, and tenant appreciation.

For the past 5 months I have ordered breakfast biscuits - various kinds for monthly business & safety meetings. Everyone loves the biscuits!! Especially the smoked sausage. I also used Rib Ranch catering for our Christmas Party which was a sit down lunch of Prime Rib with all the trimmings. Excellent, the prime rib was delicious, the service was great. Ed really takes time to work with customer on every order!

Excellent! The authenticity of having the Whole Hog being smoked in our driveway and served to our guests for my husband's 60th birthday was loved by everyone. Ed and his assistant were cordial and professional to say the least. All agreed the flavor was super and the natural flavor and smoke redolence was perfection! Thank you!
