- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we want to make sure we understand their needs in the home selling process. There's nothing more important than this initial meeting and/or phone call. This initial meeting is meant to share all of our expertise with our customers while at the same time being acutely aware of their needs and wants.
