I'm so glad we found Thiago and his Dream team on Thumbtack! My husband and I do a lot of our own renovations, but we have a baby due soon so we decided to get help with our owner's bath overhaul. Since we knew we would be spending more to hire someone, we wanted an ultra-professional job that we could be proud to show off. That's exactly what we got from Thiago's guys. The tile work is stunning and they provided a ton of solutions to our unique space and needs. The room is very small, but his plumber was able to enlarge our shower. The original subfloor was two different heights and caused the old tile to buckle, but the team leveled the floor perfectly and the new tile is as flat and level as can be. The tile pro was able to give me a huge, modern niche and a small ledge for shaving my legs that takes up way less space than a shower stool. I originally wanted mosaic tile for the floor, but Thiago suggested an intricate large tile pattern and invisible drain that would keep things looking cleaner with less grout lines to scrub. He was 100% right about this choice and we couldn't be happier with the way it was installed and the finished look. My bathroom looks like a luxury hotel! Working together was easy - Thiago is super responsive and would check in with me daily about scheduling or issues. The team works quickly, they protect your house and they take all of their trash with them with no extra fee or need for a dumpster. Thiago and his team were awesome to work with. We needed to have flooring installed and they arrived on time to verify measurements and quickly scheduled us for installation before the holidays! Cleidson did an an excellent job installing our new floors and was punctual, speedy, and neat. We will definitely work with them again

Dream Renovations did a spectacular job transforming our bathroom. Thiago has assembled a top-notch team of skilled craftsmen. Tile man Raining is an artist, and the multitalented Robson is MVP. Everyone is polite, hardworking, and respectful of the property. They clean up the work site thoroughly at the end of each day.

He removed my backsplash and replaced it with glass mosaic tile. I can’t believe how perfect it turned out. Him and his wife cleaned up after the job and I was appreciative of that. I wasn’t too happy about him taking 3 days to finish the project. He also wanted to charge additional to fix my wall and repaint after installation. This should’ve been included in the price, correct? After speaking with him he apologized and he fixed it at no additional charge. Again, I would highly recommend this guy. His work work is on point!

Thiago and his team did a fantastic job installing a hardwood floor in our bonus room. The crew was extremely friendly and efficient. We purchased the wrong floor glue and Thiago came back with the correct glue from his shop and didn’t charge us extra. Would definitely hire them again!
