- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing for products and labor. We provide the lowest price possible for the products and if found lower somehow (though this doesn't happen often) by an accredited dealer of that product we will match it. Our labor is quoted based on the amount of time the project takes. We are careful when we quote this in the home so that it is accurate and our clients are not paying over what is provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We really like to meet with the customer first in their home to help understand more about what the are looking for an also review their home space to see what is possible. While this takes a little bit of extra time, it helps the customer and us avoid any additional unforseen expenses that sometimes happen when quoting a project with the site unseen. We don't think this is a good customer experience and that is why we take the extra time to visit personally with our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully certified in Bose, Sonos, Lutron, Honewell, Nest and are members of the Better Business Bureau, Electronic Security Council, and Custom Integrators Association. Basically if there is an accreditation needed that is important to our work, we have it.
