Victor came the next day for my gutter repair. After he inspected, we decided it was better to just replace them. He came on a Saturday while I was out of town and took care of everything. They did a great job at a reasonable price.

I was looking for a roof repair or replacement depending on how much work needed to be done. I was contacted by Victor right away and he made an immediate appointment. By this time I had already been visited by 2 other pros and they both quoted only an entire replacement rather than any other options and the price was too steep for what I had in mind. Victor gave me options, explained the whole process, actually went up on the roof to look at it, the other companies quoted me based on square footage measured from the ground. I hired H & V and had a work date set within the week. Victor came to do the job right on time as he assured me he would, did the job, and cleaned up so good, you wouldn't know he was there. He showed me before and after pictures of my roof and laid out the whole warranty plan. I would recommend H & V to any out there looking for roofing.t

I wish I could have left a positive review as my first dealings were very pleasant. Unfortunately, I cannot due to poor workmanship. I hired H&V in July to fix a leaking metal roof. They came out and sealed the leaking spots. After the next rainstorm, I noticed some spots still leaking and they came back to "fix" them. Well another rain storm came and I still have the same leaks I did before they came to repair my roof. I have attempted to contact them 3 times with no response and can only assume they are avoiding me. Unfortunately, this case my end up in court over what should have been a simple job. Do not recommend and do not recommend Thumbtack. Quality companies do not need to pay for leads, but unfortunately they were the only ones who would do a repair job as unique as mine.
Update 5/17/18
Pro claimed to be out of the country and that was his reason for not responding. He had sent me a message on Thumbtack, which I never got an e-mail for. Once I saw his message I tried again to contact him. As of today I have not heard from him. I will be reaching out to Thumbtack for help. If that does not work I will be forced to file a claim in court to resolve this issue.
