Aiden went above and beyond. When he had to order a part to fix my CD Drive, he knew that I would be without my computer for several days so he brought it back to me until the part arrived. Then picked it up again to fix it and returned my computer within a couple hours. Now, that is personal service!! He certainly was considerate of my needs and fixed the computer quickly at a fair price.

I couldn't get my printer to work. By no fault of his we were unable to complete the repair the same day. Aidan would accept no payment until work could be completed. Charge was reasonable
