What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is impossible to offer standard pricing for me services because every project is different. The end goals are usually similar, but every business's starting point is different. I consider the amount of work I need to accomplish to get my clients where they want to be and the most cost effective methods that I can employ to get them there before I submit any proposal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to have a live consultation with every new customer. I can do this over the phone or in person.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to offer my services as a consultant once I started getting regular referrals from friends, family, and neighbors to help them grow their online presence.
