FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices on all but newborn sessions include an hour long session and a digital gallery with all photos edited from which the client can download for free. Clients have the option to purchase prints through said gallery from my professional print lab. I also offer 1 round of edits before delivering a final gallery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Obviously there are different types of jobs and different time constraints, but, given the opportunity, I generally like to collaborate on a Pinterest board for more creative shoots. I like to see the client's vision and make sure we're on the same page. After shooting, clients get a gallery of their edited images with my watermark on them, with the ability to choose favorites. Once I have that list, I have no problem removing the watermark and sending any and all images the client finds magical.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working as a photographer professionally for about 3 years now and have had the pleasure of working with most kinds of clients. I freelanced as a stylist in NY a few years ago and I modeled, so I have a fairly good insight into how it feels to be in front of the camera. Honestly, I believe real world experience is educational enough for me...taking the shots teaches me every single shot.
