FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on linear and square footage. For this reason for us to be able to accurately know how much material is needed and what the labor cost will be, we need to have a drawing with dimensions in order to provide a cost estimate .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by either getting drawings submitted or scheduling a time to have one of our sales reps come to your home to measure your cabinets. Once we have the necessary information we will put together an easy to understand quote showing the potential layout and how much material will be needed along with a number for the labor cost. If the client knows what material they want we will include the material cost along with labor. For costumers who are undecided about material we can give them direction and information about the different material choices available and what the advantages and disadvantages are for each one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 18+ years of experience in the slab fabrication industry. Training in metal fabrication, welding and machining. I come from a family of craftsmen, many of us specializing in stone work. I learned the stone trade from my grandfather who is an accomplished sculptor and furniture maker.
